I’m in a jungle

I tried so hard to fit in that I started to mumble,
I went left and right on my ways when I got crumbled.
I sat down finally to think, and asked myself; are the talks around me kind of funny?
All I see is their weird peacock like behaviour, with proud tongue and their measuring eyes filled with envy!
Is it me? Or the world really going topsy-turvy?
They put me on the shelf like I’m not a person of all goods!
Finally, I state my opinion and I feel like I’m in a jungle!! That’s the truth!
If you can’t change on the world try and change yourself if you could,
be yourself among them and state your truth!
For they only care for their stocks and their own ruth.
They are fine with these hollow talks, with heart nothing to give only just all blank and bare.
Now asking myself again: worth proving yourself to this kind of crowd, so unfair?
Warmth you can find in warm places, don’t seek kindness among pale and cold faces,
among people who sold their soul for prizes, and now they carry
themselves arrogantly with fraud kindness.
